Yes and he was also charged and settled if I remember correctly if this is the same guy who was caught by the SEC. You know it amazes me how some people can't see the forest for the trees.The header for the thread should read. "This thread is for stocks that we say are suitable that concentrate on the western sedimentary basin that are approved for posting by the guru's of this thread(Stan Hughes and Richard Saunders).If the stock does not meet with their approval then the poster will be labelled a hypster and all efforts will be made to label that person as such. Any other stocks that are deemed appropriate will be addressed and approved as posted. Any posting with regards to stocks that do not meet with this criteria will be forwarded to SI and reported as a violation of the thread in efforts to control information flow" Give Me a break.
