Now we have some signficant firms saying that one of the reasons they are having difficulties is due to the strong U.S.DOLLAR - so what happened to the NEW HIGHS. Jim, my contacts in international trade are still saying that they are not seeing any hint of a turnaround yet in TAIWAN. Keep in mind that they are not just looking at HiTECH goods but all types of cargoes, but they do watch the HiTECH stuff since that is the highest paying cargoes.
