Bob, Boot your computer with the boot disk onto which you copied format.exe as directed by PW. Format the drive you want to format by typing format driveletter: at the dos prompt. Of course this drive can not be the one that has the image you wish to restore on it. After the format is complete, put in disk two of the rescue set you should have made when you first installed the Drive Image program. Type PQDI at the dos prompt, and the Drive image program will start. Click restore image and slowly work your way through the steps, checking your decisions as you go.
