Actually, I thought over what you said about rescinding my alleged resignation. However, when I tried to post on the RWET the next day, I discovered that JLA had put me on the "banned" list.

So how can I rescind my resignation if I remain on the banned list?

As far as the other matter ... in which you allege that major corporations are indeed mini-democracies: Pull your head out of the sand and take a hard look at how major corporations operate in "real life," as opposed to "on paper."
