First, let us stipulate that the systems must be at least 4-way SMP and must be made or marketed by any of the Top 10 Server OEMs.
I don't consider an ATHLON white box from CybersMASH WITH THE WORD server written on it as a "SERVER".

No - I am stipulating a MINIMUM requirement for a SERVER.
Heck, you might run out and buy up one of those few AthLATE demo systems that are out their at al the AMD Cheerleader Web Sites and slap the word SERVER on the skins.
