Niceguy, Re: Mani has exercised judgment and depending on perspective may be too tolerant or not tolerant enough...So be it! Nobody wants to "get rid" of Mani and everyone acknowledges that he did a great job in the last year. However, lately he has become very absent and even ignores private mails. If you compare the signal-to-noise ratio now and some months ago, you'll find that it has greatly decreased. I think it would be a good idea to migrate to a new, better form of moderation or at least finding some help for Mani. Andreas
