UPC - all the big ones will continue business
in one form or another. When UCOMA files for bankruptcy, Liberty probably will continue parts of the business that are useful. But they will not take the whole company with all the debt. They will take the business without the debt.

Debt holders will get nothing or almost nothing and shareholders will be sure to get nothing.

There's no other way if the debt gets to big to handle.

After getting rid of the debt they will be able to compete with the "better" telecoms and drag them down. It will be awful until only a few are left. It's like it has been in the airline industry.
