This company is a big joke. I don't care which direction their stock moves. I've been trying to cancel my account with them for over 3 months, and they can't quite figure out how to do it, but for some reason they know how to send bills out. I'm not paying a cent. I've called in 7 times to cancel, and have written 2 certified letters to the corporate offices (and I have the return receipts prove it)... I asked for a response to my letters and haven't received a thing. What a bunch of jokers... I called in today and they said their internet is down so they can't cancel the account! HOOT HOOT HOOT!!!
