Carolyn: you may very well be correct. I am basing my feelings on the facts. If a crime has been committed, or if there is proof of a crime being committed -- then charge him with a crime.

His legal counsel is required to give guidance on how to handle the situation. Somehow the public has convicted Mr. Condit -- and yet he has done nothing wrong. All we are hearing is what the media report and what the police leaks.

If this was a slamdunk case (phone records, forensics, witnesses, unexplainable time line), then Mr. Condit would be in jail.

The ex-FBI agent who gave the lie detector test trains current FBI agents on the process. He is one of the very best. For an innocent man to even take a lie detector test shows a compassion and desire for the truth to be released to the public.

Mr. Condit needs to protect himself at this point.
