Jim, Even though it looks like a sure thing, I am staying clear of NNN/CRRR. I have this overriding fear that after they do some due diligence, NNN may back out of the deal. I just have almost zero faith in the CRRR team. STAR is a company that voted a guy with no experience onto the board to replace the CEO or some other head honcho. I would have liked this to happen with CRRR. RA looks like it is bottoming,a nd may run towards 23-24. My APROZ is trading at higher values this week. Otherwise, I'm just on the sidelines for a while. Richard
