Do you believe that they are ordering junk on purpose? ----------- I believe problems aren't simply a handset issue... but a network issue and a standard issue as well. So I believe they have a chicken and egg situation. I believe they're ordering out of desperation and blind hope..... that things can be worked out. So they order handsets - and MOT's handsets are the option... at present the only option... Because in the contingency that networks can be corrected to acceptably perform... and they want to try and market GPOS this year... they have to order now. Conversely, if they wait until chronic problems are resolved prior to ordering handsets, it will be too late. Catch 22.
