I recently came across this company. It looks interesting, but I am confused about all the different stock classes and warrants. HDII seems to be the basic common stock and HDIIW is the Class A warrants. What is HDIIU? Is it the Class B warrants? It looks like the stock traded above $6.50 for more than 14 days, so are the warrants now callable? I hope someone will take pity on this poor dumb Okie and straighten me out a bit. My DD makes me want to buy some, but I am not sure what to buy. TIA John
