Hi Jerome, Well said. There is a huge need to have Intc prove that 7.5 billion of technology buys (at least to a greater degree than expansion buys) can result in efficiencies that enable them to discount stronger than AMD. This will not only enable them to clear out the inventory channels but still reap the rewards of new technologies yields and hold onto some of the savings as margins. IF this happens then Morgan's "you've gotta pay to play" will become a mantra and orders might just come all at once.I'm not naive enough to think they will be expansion orders, but technology orders are all the leaders need to carry them thru the trough's at albeit lower profitability. Wednesday will be huge in the after hours. In between there may be some under the horizon short covering as the economy's revival becomes more apparent.JMHO It will be a bit of a crap shoot,but it could yield an excellent entry point.Heck it wasn't too long ago buyers were buckin up to near 60.00.South of forty is gettin back to that ole volatility that the shorts need to lock in some profits they have been sweatin about over the last 60 days or so.
