Yeah. But what I really meant was...... why file jointly? All told, it only costs a couple of hundred bucks to file these things, correct? Including an attorney to look at it? So...... why joint? Of what advantage might it be to either Perseus-Soros or VPHM?

I'm not asking you, quid, personally. Just throwing the question "out there".

It just seems to be out of the ordinary, and stuff that is out of the ordinary seems contrived to me, whether or not it actually is.
