He said he took the INITIATIVE to do it, not that he created it, numbskull. You know what he meant. The internet was already invented but it needed a congressman to get the government behind it. And that he did. He was the only one, the first one and deserves full credit. Want 10011 dumb Bush quotes like "Social Security isn't a government program". It's not what he meant and anyone listening with an IQ above his shoe size gets it. It was boastful but it was also true.
