Alcoa's O'Neil now our Treasury Secretary's old company was engaged in trading energy during the height of the manipulated California crisis. How dastardly for them to be in on the ripoff trading with inside information. And now we know there really was no supply shortage, someone just turned off the spigot. Liars, thieves and greedy even though they are already rich. Bush's cabinet is the richest in history by far, and all from polluting industries. We still don't know how Colin Powell made 50 million in the last 8 years either.
