I'll concede that we felt bullet proof after 1999, John, and the enterprises of some of our Gorillas have continued to expectations. We just weren't prepared to get nuked by the worst correction in the history of the nasdaq. Valuation metrics aren't contained in the Gorilla Game, which is a market agnostic guide to stock selection, but since our planned holding periods are so long, we have accepted that it will be necessary to go through a number of economic cycles. But this is certainly one cycle we would have skipped if we had been able to foresee its destructiveness.

As far as the contrarians are concerned, KT and others have been proclaiming the market over valued for many years, but I can assure you that those of us who have practiced Gorilla Gaming for any reasonable amount of time are far better off for having ignored those signals, even at this low point. KT is a sharp operator, and I read his views with great interest, but I'd hope you would respect my right to develop and refine my own POV, as I believe he does.

Regards,
uf
