Much of Bush's tax cut (our surplus) will go right into the hands of his Energy Cartel after they've jacked up prices despite no supply shortage. WAKE UP. The rest of it will go to the very rich. A gigantic transfer of wealth into the wrong hands (unless you're rich, right-wing and from Texas). Bush even had the gall to suggest that we use our tax savings to pay our energy bills. Never has he been more honest about his true intentions.
