No, I don't. I don't know that there is even anything to which one can "sign on." My understanding of the consensus thinking on this subject, though, is that there is general agreement that global climate change is happening and that human activity is contributing. Anything beyond that is still under study.

I don't know that you'd get a lot of legitimate signers-on for your third point. I also don't think there'd be a lot of legitimate signers-on to the petition's second point which is that limiting greenhouse gasses will harm the environment.
