Re-colonization could be a good solution.

If you see the track record of the former colonies, they dind't make much good of their self-rule. Look to India, Nigeria, Philipines, Congo, ok, almost all of them.

If those countries abdicated of their self-determination and put ruling their countries for bids, it would be quite interesting in this century, with CNN, ONG's and all those people watching the new colonizers.

The industrialized world is with over-capacity in every industry, taking this capital -today being invested in push-buttom enterntainment and bubbles all over the place- would be a good idea.

Perhaps the next abracadabra is re-colonization. Come lets be revolutionaries here!
