I think, IN MY OPINION, all Bush is doing is giving the folks, already part of Americana, our culture, workforce etc. a chance to become legitemate LEGAL CITIZENS. They're
already here, to some extent, living life like you and I,
contributing to society, they just don't have the "papers" required to claim legal citizenship.. If you want to prevent
them from getting here in the first place, build a wall and enforce the borders..
