I wonder how much money they have tucked away in tax havens in offshore countries.

O'Neill, the Treasure Secretary, refuses to look into the tax havens where wealthy people store
their money so that they won't have to pay taxes on it. O'Neill has refused to look into tax havens
even though the IRS wants him to do it.
