Fuel economy standards haven't been changed significantly since 1984.............why haven't the presidents Reagan , Bush, and Clinton demanded significant improvement in gas mileage. Hell, I was getting 10 MPG in my '66 Cutlass and the SUVs today get the same mileage 35 years later. Who is responsible for this neglect........Car makers, Congress, or who?
