Immigration policy is alive in every country in the world. Some agendas are more understanding than others but nevertheless policies are in place to control numbers, draw on the system, shape the demands of the workforce and so on.

Here in Canada, the numbers are restricted to about 300,000 any more and the system gets overloaded, because the policy is to let in people who are dependent rather than people who are independent. You see Mama Bear, that is the rub to most people.

If you can't get that point, the discussion needs to end.
