In Houston, many of the Bush crowd (local rich) have Caymans accounts. And now they get a tax break for the rich too. Of course O'Neil doesn't want us nosing around down there. Don't forget Bush Sr's CIA contacts as well. Just one of many tools they use to circumvent the law. One of the biggest lies ever was Bush Sr. claiming he was "out of the loop". He may have a nice benign side to him but he's proven he also has a ruthless side. And I'm sure he pulled every string world-wide to help his sonny.
