Jim, My Prodigy E-mail is not working 7-5-96. Any E-mail prior to 7-5-96 was received. The $ 5 million offering offers either common stock or 2 types of warrants with varying prices. They're very similar to puts and calls by design but not function. They will allow sophisticated entrants to hedge their bets. I want to see this placement get in the hands of long-term investors and have given the Inv.Bankers some leads which may help them get the stock placed in strong hands. I have no doubts about this co. succeeding because they're in the right place at the right time with the right management. News on 7-3-96 reveals M-systems is doing a 2.4 million share secondary with H & Q. With their stock @ 12+ this am it would have been the preferred model for Norris to raise capital. When its stock gets above 8, I wouldn't be surprised to see another equity offering. IMO a market cap of 250 to 500 million for Norris is not unreasonable based on their prospects. Best to all:
