Don't you think you missed the most common reasons why ASPs aren't zero -- MHz increases?

There have not been many. We were at 1 GHz in March or April 2000, But even if you don't count that and count only the volume launches, there have not been too many MHz increases since October 17 release of 1.2 GHz Thunderbird. So far, in 9 months since then, we had only 16% increase in clock speeds. This is well behind the doubling of clock speeds every 18 months.
