Dear Charles: I hate to admit it but I think MSFT is going to pull this markets bacon out of the fire. Everyone I know is planning on upgrading to their new upcoming software, I think its called XPs or something like that. I thought orginally it was just another windows but a poster on this thread clued me in that its apparently a MAJOR improvement over Windows. So I asked around and lo and behold apparently one reason computer sales down is awaiting the new software. So, ....sigh I postponed my purchase another month myself. JDN
