the price doesn't matter. There are shells out there trading over $1 per share with nothing in them. Let's make this clear one last time... the company is out of business. the shell will get picked up, then reversed and you will have nothing. If you want some sort of restitution, sue the company and go after their D&O policy. That is your only hope to get any money out of this.
