The saddest part is that there is not a word about Congress' illegal power to prevent the state of Alaska from deciding on its own whether to open up a part of their state to mineral extraction. The law that Congress passed taking that power for itself should be declared unconstitutional. It is none on Massachusetts' damn business if Alaska wants to devote part of its territory to oil exploration or drilling...
