It's not fair because it's not accurate. It's proven that he lied to his staff about his affair with Chandra and that he encouraged them to spread the lie. The stewardess had documented proof that he tried to get her to lie about their affair in an affidavit. It's proven that he has not been cooperating with the police investigation.

There is plenty of evidence for the public ( if not the state ) to conclude he is slime ( if not a criminal ).

I suppose it's fair to say that nothing has been proven regarding Condidit.
