I wasn't arguing what society recognizes but what it should recognize

I have explicitly said tio you that I am willing to discuss the "shoulds"--RIGHT?? I just don't want to mix what might or ought to be with WHAT IS. Why are you running around the mulberrry bush??

It isn't a scientific one nor is it one that opposing is inherently illogical

I wasn't able to parse that--sorry.

The case law itself is begging the question, to an extent even in the realm of constitutional rights

I could care less. EVERYTHING is begging the questionh to a stubbborn man. If the only argument a man is able to engage in is to trace all intercourse back to: Yoyu are begging the question that A is not B is correct or that the law of non contradiction is unproven--then fine--argue with idiots. I had made the assumption that the commonality of outr experience, make-up and awareness provided a platform for exploration, and that at some point "begging the question" could be dispensed with.

I am not afraid to admit I was wrong. I guess my goal was different than yours.
