That's funny, but I read those as pessimistic or even cynical comments, but certainly not optimistic.

While I agree that the Intel CC wasn't a disaster, they did basically guide lower for next quarter already, giving a pretty darn big range at that. I don't see that as bullish, but I could be wrong.

Also, can you explain. . . <<Right now, I like Intel more than MSFT because of the software piracy issue. >>

The software piracy issue isn't new, so I'm confused as to why you'd throw it out now. Either XP is gonna sell, or it's not, regardless of piracy. That's been true of every Windows release up til now, and probably will be true when Window 2525 comes out (if man is still alive and if woman can survive).
