Yeah, the $15/quarter is old news. I've been jiggling and juggling my 10^100 accounts trying to sidestep the onerous fee. With that many accounts, I could give back all the money I made in two years of IPO mastery, in one month. PS Just received a thank you from Uncle Sam, for selling those lottery tickets while they still had some heft to them . 5 trillion went away , and he can't tax it if it aint there.
