Dr. P: Thanks for your response. I would think that an entity within the medical industry would be able to recognize that the company is at a "fire sale price" assuming the products are viable. The company has no posion pill that I am aware of. I thought the company had proved itself through its research efforts over the past ten years in order to get its current FDA approvals. Vip
