Jim B Turner if he gets a judgement in Utah will have to sue in BC to enforce that judgement and quite simply the BC Courts will order him (Turner) to sue in British Columbia........... there is a precedent to this effect. thats why IMO the suit is a Bull Chit waste of Turner's time and he knows it.
