Constellation 3D, AOL Unit In Devt, Licensing Pact

NEW YORK -- Constellation 3D Inc. (CDDD) signed a cooperative development and licensing agreement with AOL Time Warner Inc. (AOL) unit Warner Advanced Media Operations.

In a press release Tuesday, Constellation 3D said the companies will co-develop, cross license and manufacture high density fluorescent multilayer ROM media.

A Constellation 3D spokesman wouldn't disclose the financial terms of the agreement.

Constellation 3D develops high-capacity fluorescent multilayer disk and card technology.
