I respect your sincerity there. But it is not so simple as the question of fetal rights.

The anguish of the Supreme Courts involve--not the direct issues at the hub--but the spokes that radiate from the issue. Most people have absolutely no idea of what is entailed. We could argue for a million years whether or when a potential human should have "rights" that would countermand the "rights" of an ACTUAL human. We could argue and argue and argue.

But I have never seen an argument that makes a human egg more important han a guy with a hard-on...or a whore about to be raped. Everything in the universe is a POTENTIAL human. Should we put every egg, sperm, mite, and cherry pit in the universe on ice? Obviously we can't--so your "choice" is meaningless.

If we drop arguments from "POTENTIAL" , the only rational argument left is "ensoulment". Maybe you could tell nme where to draw the luine there...
