Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, agreed to provide consumer and business check printing to San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. Deluxe said it also will offer its e-commerce service to allow Wells Fargo customers to order checks online.
The Drug Delivery Systems division of 3M Co., Maplewood, said it plans to enhance its transdermal delivery business in Europe. The division will be seeking development partnerships with European companies interested in creating therapeutic uses for transdermal technology.
American Medical Systems Holdings Inc., Minneapolis, said underwriters in its recent secondary offering have exercised their entire over-allotment option to buy an additional 1.05 million common shares. The underwriters bought the over-allotment shares from Warburg, Pincus Equity Partners, at a public offering price of $16.40.
Engineering Repro Systems (ERS), Plymouth, through its parent firm, American Reprographics Co., Glendale, Calif., acquired GMB Engineering Equipment Inc., Milwaukee. Terms were not disclosed. GMB has $1.5 million in annual revenue. Engineering Repro has $13 million in annual revenue.
Ruckus Interactive, St. Paul, said it is merging with Connecting Images, St. Paul. Terms were not disclosed. The consolidated company will operate under the Ruckus name and has projected 2001 revenue of more than $3 million.
