I'm sure glad that Seagate management got me out of their stock last year - kicking and screaming, I might add.

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. - Seagate Technology LLC, the big disk-drive maker taken private late last year by an investor group, posted a net loss for its fiscal fourth quarter as revenue fell more than 14% from a year earlier.

Seagate, …posted a net loss of $1 million for the period ended June 29, compared with net income of $231 million a year earlier when the company was public.

Coupled with the Veritas warning and a $41 stock price this morning, I'm sure Seagate would be in the teens if the old company was still publicly traded.
