In the computing industry, anything but MSFT and (may be INTC) is dangerous investment. I have learned the hardway, that - watch if your money is in line or against MSFT. If it is against, pull it out. GIven that rule, I won't put money in SUNW, ORCL, NSCP. Past examples: NOVL, AAPL, SYBS, ... They will start deteriorating in the order of NSCP, SUNW, ORCL. MSFT just keeps growing at rapid pace at the expense of these guys. INTC is OK but has more volatality and road bumps and has less return than MSFT over last 10 years. MSFT looks by far the safest and strongest.
