Art, tempted to take some profits in TNE, but it's strength in light of US and ahead of their monetary announcement tonight is perplexing. Apparently there is some concern of a huge spike to interest rates. With all the political concerns can't believe they'll go over 1/2 point. Seems that would be smarter and to implement inter meeting jumps if necessary. Problem is I can't remember if they can do that in Brazil. Thoughts? Steve
