German unemployment is in the 9 -10 % range. That would lead to riots in this country. Although an initial report stated a decline in Apr, The unemploment actually rose in Feb March and April. It is in a general uptrend and they expect it to get worse ciol.com How come Germany has not signed Kyoto ? Show me any link at all that says Germany has reduced emmisions 21%. Please identify what Cheney stole.
