Thanks, Jim, but I already took mine off the table (g), I did just reenter BRKS for a discount of more than a buck here at $45.26. If they are willing to give me a "fair" discount on VECO, I'll consider it (g). Taking another flyer with the maligned EXDS here at an iota above $1.25, the days low so far. Also got me a little PDII here at $71 flat. Zeev
