Because some sold large truckloads last year - CEO Cook dumped a few million at much, much higher prices.

I wouldn't judge ZIXI much by insider buying or selling. They have a simple target of 600K new subscribers this year; I will be surprised if they get 10% of that.

I expect that to be painfully clear in November before options expire. If the scenario unfolds my way, ZIXI should be priced around $2 by then.

If an insider stepped in and bought a million shares in the open market here, I would reconsider.
