Keith,

I don't think there is much if any formation damage.Looking at this morning's action it appears that Peter's & Company is pretty much hitting every bid that comes up on both BEA and STF.

I think if the above was not the case BEA would be trading closer to 50 cents as opposed to 40 cents.But,then again that's just par for the course when it comes to playing BEA and STF.
