If cheap decoys will not reduce BMD to uselessness, what is the problem with it? Expensive decoys? Why not just use real warheads aimed at real targets? Can't hit its target? That is a technical problem that appears solvable and appears to be getting solved? Russia or China massively increasing their nuclear arsenal? What?
