A Skin cell won't turn in to a human. We might be able, or atleast soon be able to, change it and make it in to one if we do so its nature has changed.

And then we'll have to treat all those dust mites that live in our mattresses and eat our skin cells like we do grizzly bears and sharks and other predators. And after we've wiped out all the dust mites, eventually there will be a program to reintroduce them to Yellowstone Park but the sheep farmers will object. <g>
