No. Publishing information which is false with a knowing disregard for the truth is defamation even under the public figure analysis. UNAmerican Spirit is unable to provide any credible proof or admissible evidence to show that Bush is "lying and stealing" or that there is a huge "energy ripoff". Accordingly, when published, UnAmerican Spirit knew these statements were false and this provides the requisite malice to prove defamation even of a public figure.
