Green Oasis Environmental (GRNO) in U.K. Agreement with London-Based Environmental Energy Consulting

CHARLESTON, S.C., Jul 18, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Green Oasis
Environmental, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GRNO) announced today the signing on
April 25, 2001 of an Exclusive Representation and Operating Agreement with
Environmental Energy Consulting Ltd. (EEC). This agreement allows EEC to market
GRNO's proprietary technology within the United Kingdom. Under the terms of the
agreement, Green Oasis intends to acquire a minority interest of up to ten
percent (10%) of the operating company being formed by EEC that will own and
operate a number of Model 1000 plants in the UK.

GRNO will work closely with EEC regarding additional market opportunities in
Europe in areas where EEC is already active.

"EEC is very pleased with the new alliance it has developed with Green Oasis and
the planned introduction of its first Green Oasis facility in the U.K." stated
John A. Taylor, President, of Environmental Energy Consulting. "It is perfect
timing, as government agencies will now have a positive answer to a potentially
massive and hazardous waste disposal problem. New anti-pollution directives
banning the burning of waste oils as low grade fuels were recently mandated by
law and are about to be implemented in the U.K. and Europe with no clear
solution to the anticipated growing glut of millions of gallons of waste oil.
The unique advantage that Green Oasis Environmental Inc. offers EEC is a proven,
environmentally safe, cost-efficient, and effective method of converting this
waste into other useful products."

"Our alliance with GRNO, its proven EnviroEconomics(R) proprietary technology,
and little competition gives us a significant advantage in positioning EEC to
become the market leader in the UK waste oil treatment market," stated Taylor.
"With that goal in mind, EEC and GRNO chose the Port of London for its first
flagship facility because of its location and proximity to the government
agencies, which are actively encouraging recycling technologies that
specifically provide environmental benefits. From the results of preliminary
meetings with various government agencies, EEC is quite confident that the
environmental benefits and advanced technology of GRNO equipment fit well with
the current development program of the port, particularly as it is expected that
both land-based and marine applications can be readily served from EEC's
strategically located site. EEC is confident that its agreement with GRNO will
ensure strategic growth and profitability for both companies."

About Green Oasis Environmental Inc.

Founded in 1991, Green Oasis Environmental Inc. is a publicly traded company
(OTC Bulletin Board: GRNO.OB) which designs, develops, and manufactures fully
computerized units which contain the Company's proprietary EnviroEconomics(R)
System, a fully patented waste oil distillation process which converts waste oil
into marketable fuel products such as #2 diesel oil and heating oil in a
one-step process of thermal cracking and distillation, techniques which are
well-known in the refining industry. The EnviroEconomics(R) System can be
located on less than a one acre site and the Company offers a choice of output
capacities which comply with EPA and other related governmental regulations.
Applications for the company's end products are primarily industrial, including
process heating systems, rail, marine, farm usage, and over-the-road vehicles
(cars, buses, and trucks). The Company's proprietary technology was
independently selected by a United Nations committee and showcased in a book
published in 1995 identifying new proprietary technologies which developing
countries could use to protect their environments. GOE markets its technology
directly and through Agency relationships and strategic alliances. For
